1. Acceptance of Terms
When you create an account, log in, purchase, renew, top up, or use KAIROXO services, you accept these Terms of Service and related policies on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Service Scope
KAIROXO provides residential proxies, mobile residential proxies, ISP proxies, datacenter proxies, short-term proxies, unlimited residential proxies, web crawler APIs, and related console tools. Specific services are subject to the order, console display, and product documentation.
3. Account Security and Authorization
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and reachable account information.
- You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys, proxy credentials, and team member permissions.
- Without KAIROXO's written consent, you may not rent, resell, share, or sublicense the services.
4. Payment, Delivery, and No Refunds
Once proxy traffic, IP resources, subscriptions, purchases, renewals, or packages are successfully paid for and the corresponding service or account benefits are made available, the digital service is deemed delivered. Even if not yet actually used, no refund, balance refund, transfer, cash-out, or cancellation is supported, except where required by law or for duplicate charges or delivery exceptions confirmed in writing by KAIROXO.
5. Suspension and Termination
If illegal activity, fraud, abuse, risk-control circumvention, overdue fees, infringement of third-party rights, damage to network reputation, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is found, KAIROXO may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and services.
